Exactly when the simmered meat in the "Garküche" was indeed replaced by finer sausages is not known. It is assumed that they were introduced by the pro-prietor Wolfgang Miezam towards the end of the 18th century.

At the beginning of the 19th century the new pro-vprietor Wolfgang Schricker started up a new era of the family Schricker which prevails to this very day. The present owners are the family Schricker-Meier.
